Who Am I?
Hi, I'm Georgina.
Honestly? I feel so passionately about women who've lost themselves in relationships or people pleasing patterns, because I've been there myself. I know what it's like to drift through life being easy, capable, and good at putting others first, while quietly losing track of who you actually are and what you actually want. That experience is a big part of why I work with the women I do and why I care so deeply about it.
It sounds cheesy but Counselling truly feels like my calling. If you're open to the process, it can be life-changing - I’ve seen it. Not always in a straight line, and not without some heavy sessions along the way, but also not without laughter. Some of my favourite sessions have been the ones where we end up in fits of giggles, and I mean that. Healing doesn't always have to be solemn.
I'm trained in Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt therapy, and I've worked at an NHS-funded grief centre and a charity counselling service in the UK. In practice, what that means is that I don't work from a script. I get to know you, I listen carefully, and I shape how we work together around what actually helps you, not a textbook version of you.
Walking alongside someone as they come back to themselves is, genuinely, the honour of my life.
